Eating Clean
I have tried a few things, now I am ready to go 100%. I am giving up all of my known for the unknown. Soda~ Gone, All items made with white flour or white sugar~Gone, Chocolate~ Gone. For the next few weeks I will be eating 100% Clean. I am going to take before pictures, then after pictures. I will take measurements and keep a detailed food log as well as recording my workouts. Friday marks the end of school, then summer will officially begin here for us. It will also mark a new beginning for me.
