Great for a Summertime Snack...
No Cooking Required!
1 cup (dry) oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.

Refrigerate to set.

I saw this recipe earlier this summer and made these. They taste great but were difficult to roll. My recommendation is to keep a damp kitchen towel next to you and wipe your hands every 2nd or 3rd roll.
