Take Me Out to the Ball Game...

Today we went to Progressive Field, in Cleveland to be part of the Human Pink Cancer Ribbon on the Field.  Too bad the weather decided not to cooperate for the event.  We got rained on as we stood in the outfield.  It was fun to go out and look up into the stands and see all the pink.  We stayed for a while but it was just too cold.  45 degrees with the wind whipping, felt like 20 degrees.  It was great to see and catch up with some of my PINK family from last year.  I got to hear about all that has been going on in their lives, as well as getting to meet some new friends.  The game after being delayed for a while finally got under way, only to be called due to the weather.  After we got home we heard on the news that we should hold on to our tickets, as they are going to let us use them again for another game!  So, we will go back at a later time when the weather wants to play nice.  No one should go to a baseball game and have to be wrapped in a down comforter!  That's what the Brown's Stadium is for.  LOL
