Motivational Monday~ Injest

Eat to nourish your body.
As we work towards being healthy,
we have to recognise our relationship
with the food that we eat.
Are we eating to live 
living to eat?
Once we sit down and figure out 
our relationship with food 
we can move forward.
Do not obsess about food.
Use it to create the body,
 that you have always
